Made in Jerusalem (Notzar BeYerushalayim)

We grew out of the field.
We built what we were looking for.

Our story began inside a social work team at the Jerusalem Municipality, with one question that changed everything.

We asked ourselves: where are the teens?
Why are we always busy with emergencies and crisis response? Where are all the teens who are struggling right now, whose decline could still be prevented?

We realized the teens were on social media. Living there, shaping their identity, expressing their feelings freely.

We worked hard to build a system that finds at-risk cases, prioritizes them and brings them to care professionals. The rest is history.

The team that built it

After two years in which AT&T adopted us and built an amazing system, we hired graduates of meaningful national service with exceptional potential to maintain and keep developing it, giving them their first job in tech with us.
